Bob was a two-sport athlete in Soccer and Wrestling.  He had an outstanding high school wrestling career – 59 wins, 9 losses.  Bob was North Penn’s First State Champion in the 95 lb. Class in 1965.

Bob’s other championships included:  3 Bux-Mont titles, 2 Sectional titles, and 2 District and Regional titles.

As Team Co-Captain, Bob was undefeated in 1964-65 (24-0) with 15 pins – a total of 23 pins during his junior and senior years.

Bob was earned NJCAA Region III 3rd Place 115 lbs., 1967 & NJCAA Region III First Place, 1968.

He was inducted into the Southeastern Pennsylvania Wrestling Hall of Fame, 1993
